Introduction

In April 2008 GlobalSource Ltd., the international investigations and security company, entered a trial agreement to manage K-9 Security Services Ltd. as part of its global operations and with an eye to possibly acquiring K-9 at a later date.

K-9 is a private limited liability company with its head office is in Nicosia, Cyprus, and offices in Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca (which also covers Famagusta).

It provides security services to companies, banks, hotels, and to government and semi-government organizations. Its area of operation is the Eastern Mediterranean, including Cyprus, its headquarters, as well as Greece and the Balkans, and has plans in progress to extend its activities in the Middle East.

K-9's core business is devising and implementing security solutions. Its services include detailed threat assessments, security planning, and security training.

It provides training and management of specialist personnel for guarding, escorting, and other security related services, up to the installing and monitoring of integrated electronic security systems.

The company employs a number of key professionals who have had distinguished careers in Army, Police or Security services in Greece and Cyprus.

Coming from a background in intelligence, security and law enforcement, they are the leaders of our professionals and expert teams. K-9 responds swiftly to all requests from domestic or international clients.
